Our promise, and what happens if it does not land

Most training providers sell you a seat and a certificate. We would rather tell you exactly what each level has to produce, and what we do if it does not produce it.

The promise, in one paragraph

Each level has to produce something you can point at: a workflow running on real work, a written policy, a working AI colleague, an operating routine. If it has not produced that, your team stays on it with us at no extra cost until it has, or the seat is not charged. You choose which of those two you would rather have. We think that is fair, and it is the only version of this promise we are prepared to put in writing.

How a level is judged

On the work produced and whether your team can run it without us. Not on attendance, and not on a multiple-choice test. Concretely, we agree at the start of the level what the finished thing is, and at the end we look at it together with the learner.

Where a level has a scheduled live-online assessment, a learner who is not ready is given a further attempt rather than being quietly failed — the point is the capability, not the gate.

What is not covered

• Where a learner did not take part — did not attend the touchpoints and did not do the work — the remedy is a reschedule, not a refund. We will always offer the reschedule first, because the usual cause is work pressure, not refusal.
• Where the written scope changes after we start, we will quote the change before doing it. We do not silently bill for extra.
• Commercial outcomes. We cannot promise what your business will earn or save, and no honest trainer can. What we measure is the work your team can now run.

Payment terms

No price is published on this site while our pricing is being approved. Before any payment is made, you will have a written quotation setting out what the level costs, what it includes, when payment is due and what happens if the level does not land. Nothing is payable until you have that in writing and have agreed it — that is the fair order to do this in.

If you want to cancel

Tell us in writing. If training has not started, nothing is payable. If it has started, we will confirm what has been delivered and what remains outstanding, and we will not hold a company in a contract for training nobody is using. Where a refund is due, we will say when it will be paid and then pay it on that date.

If you think we have got a refund wrong, tell us directly. We would rather argue it out with you than have you leave thinking the arrangement was unfair to your company.

Funding does not change this

Our course funding application status is pending, and we claim no subsidy. If a grant or subsidy is ever approved and applied to your company, it does not change what we owe you under this promise — the level still has to produce what it promised.
