These terms cover using this website and engaging OwnYourAI for corporate AI training. They are written in plain English on purpose: a term nobody reads is not a fair term.

Who we are

OwnYourAI is a trading name of Wow! Works Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 200406899Z). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Wow! Works Pte Ltd, and "you" means the company or person using this site or engaging us.

Using this website

The content on this site is for information. You may read it, print it and share the link. You may not copy it wholesale and present it as your own, and you may not use the site to attempt anything unlawful or to interfere with it.

We try to keep the content accurate and current. Where a figure or a rule belongs to a government agency, we quote that agency and attribute it to them, and their published rules are the authority — not our summary of them.

Pricing

Corporate pricing is on request. We do not publish a price, and no price on any third-party site is ours. A price becomes binding only when it appears in a written quotation we have issued to you, or in a signed agreement between us.

We will always tell you in writing what a level costs and what it includes before you commit to it. Being clear about the money is the fair way to do business.

Funding and grants

Our own course funding application status is pending, and we claim no subsidy while that is the position. Any grant, subsidy or tax treatment available to your company is decided by the relevant agency under its own rules — not by us. We will tell you plainly what we can evidence about our training, and we will never present ourselves as able to approve a claim or guarantee an outcome.

What you are buying

You are buying training delivered online and at your team's own pace, with scheduled online touchpoints, as described on the level pages of this site. You are not buying software, a platform subscription or a login, and there is no product licence involved.

Each level is judged on the work it produces. The remedy we publish — that if a level has not produced what it promised, your team stays on it at no extra cost until it has, or that seat is not charged — is part of what you are buying and is set out on the level pages and on the refund page.

What we need from you

Training succeeds when your team turns up and uses their own work. We ask for two to five people who can attend the touchpoints, one genuinely repetitive process to work on, and a decision-maker who can confirm the scope. If a learner cannot take part, tell us — we will reschedule rather than let them fail quietly.

Confidentiality

We do not ask you to hand us your clients' data or your confidential records to run the training. Anything you do share with us in the course of the work is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the training. If you need a written confidentiality agreement before you share anything, ask and we will put one in place.

Our responsibility, and its limits

We commit to deliver the training with reasonable skill and care, to the standard described on this site. We do not promise a commercial outcome — we cannot guarantee what any particular business will save, win or earn, and we will not pretend otherwise.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with the training is limited to the fees you paid us for the level concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your records and your compliance

Your company remains responsible for its own legal obligations: how it handles personal data, what its staff may put into an AI tool, and the accuracy of any claim it makes to a grant agency. The written policy your team produces during Level 1 is designed to help with that, but the responsibility stays with you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our service changes. The version that applies to your engagement is the one in force when we agree it in writing. The date at the top of this page tells you when the version you are reading was published.
