Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect when you contact OwnYourAI, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version
If you send us an enquiry, we use it to answer you and to prepare for your call. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. Ask us to delete it and we will.
We do not ask you to hand over your clients' data or your confidential company records to take part in the training. That is a deliberate design choice, and it is the fair way to run a course about handling data carefully.
What we collect
Only what you type into the assessment form, or what you put in an email to us. The form asks for:
- your name, company and email address (so we can reply)
- a phone number, if you choose to give one
- your company's size band and sector
- how many people you might train, and where you think you would start
- a description of the repetitive work you want addressed, and anything else you choose to tell us
We also collect the consent tick that says you agreed to us contacting you about this enquiry. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
Why we hold it, and the right to say no
We hold enquiry details to answer you, to prepare for the assessment call and to write your starting point. That is the only purpose. If we ever want to use your details for something else, we will ask you first and you are free to say no without it affecting anything.
How the form is delivered
The assessment form on this site is processed by a form-delivery service and arrives in our mailbox. Our email is hosted by a mail provider on our own domain. Both are ordinary service providers acting on our instructions, and neither is permitted to use your enquiry for their own marketing.
We keep a record of what you sent, so that when we speak we are not asking you to repeat yourself.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to training are kept for twelve months so that we can pick the conversation back up if you return, and then removed. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will do it and confirm that we have.
A single line may be retained where we are required to keep it by law, for example a financial record. Where that applies, we will tell you.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
- We do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
- We do not publish client names or numbers without written permission — which is also why you will not find client logos on this site.
- We do not use your enquiry as a case study or testimonial without asking you in writing first.
Cookies and measurement
This site is a set of plain pages. It does not set advertising cookies and it does not build a profile of you across other sites.
We do measure how many people visit a page, using a privacy-friendly visitor counter that reports totals rather than individuals. It does not track you across other websites and it is not used to target advertising.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ownyourai.cc and say what you want. We will action it and confirm in writing.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, tell us — we would rather fix it directly, and we will not treat a complaint as an inconvenience. That seems only fair.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly rewrite the meaning.
