What people ask first

How long is the assessment?
Short - a conversation, not a workshop. We want to know the work, the team and the timing. If it is clearly not a fit we will say so and save you the rest of the call.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Bring one process that is genuinely repetitive. That is enough. If you can describe how long it takes and who does it, we can tell you quickly whether it is a fair target.
Will you try to sell me all three levels?
No. Most companies start at Level 1 and decide afterwards. Selling you levels you do not use is not a business we want.
What do you do with what I send?
We use it to prepare for the call and to write your starting point. We do not share it, we do not add you to a list, and you can ask us to delete it. See the privacy notice.
